A powerful twist to our successful Tapas and Flamenco class. We will cook together a classic paella and a selection of innovative and easy-to-prepare small dishes -- you'll leave being able to make this all on your own. To deepen the cultural experience & raise passions high, this class includes a live performance by celebrated flamenco dancer Xianix Barrera and her backing band. This is my dream class, I highly recommend it.
This class is for small groups, 10 people max.
What is La Junta?
La Junta is a school, a gathering, a scene. It’s a spacious loft in Manhattan that welcomes creative, curious, fun-loving people who understand the value of being resourceful and belonging to a community of supportive friends. Here at La Junta, we develop technical skills, eat amazing food, make beautiful clothes, and work for a simpler, sustainable, gentle, respectful, colorful and joyous existence. The school is located in the Upper East Side and it's led by Spanish artist Rocio Salceda.
